Due to the varying weights, sizes and available quantities of our diverse selection of products, the default shipping calculated for most items/orders is Ground Shipping.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on hundreds of items. Products with Free shipping will be marked on the product page.

Flat Rate Ground shipping charges apply to most products with the exception of the following categories:

  • Gift Baskets
  • Custom Journals/Notebooks
  • Drinkware

SHIPPING TIMES:

Typical Standard Ground Shipping transit times are 4-7 Business Days after your order has been produced, processed and shipped from the manufacturing facilty or warehouse. When sending a gift with a deadline, please take into account the processing time when calculating delivery times.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING NEEDS:

We offer expedited shipping (3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air) for the majority of our products.

**If you need expedited shipping quicker than Ground Shipping (i.e. 3 Day, 2 Day Air or Next Day Delivery), please feel free to either reply to your order email or contact us via our Contact Page.

Please be sure to provide us with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Shipping Address (if different than shown on your order)
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Shipping Method Requested
  • In-Hand Date Your Order Is Needed By

After receiving the above information, we'll email you a shipping quote for your requested shipping method.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and shopping experience here at TopBusinessGifts.com. You may return most new and unopened non-personalized and non-customized items within 15 days of delivery for a refund (shipping and return postage are non-refundable). Items must be returned in the original packaging.

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order or the product was damaged in transit, please accept our apologies and contact us within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise.

For personalized and customized items we follow industry standards with these items being non-returnable (except in the case of a printing error on our part). In the case of errors on personalized or customized items, we will promptly reproduce the item(s) and ship them to you free of charge.

Before submitting personalized orders, please double-check your order for misspellings or other typographical errors when typing your order into our system. Although we are happy to work with our customers on errors arising from mistakes (originating from the customer), we are unable to provide refunds in the case of customer misspellings or errors entered.

Returns are accepted on most non-personalized items within 15 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). However, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

All returns must be new, unopened, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. We can not accept returns of products that have been used or altered. Except in the case of an error on our part, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

- Order number
- Complete address
- Items to be returned
- Reason(s) for your return.

We will contact you within 2 business days with the Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions.
